General terms of service

AgreementAny terms that are broken will result in being blacklisted.By submitting your application, you agree to the following Terms of Service which govern the agreement between yourself and Cho. Please read the following Terms carefully and please contact Cho or Rigger Mortis for any questions.

Pre-project Policy
The artist reserves the right to refuse any project.Invoices are due on receipt. If payment is not received during the agreed timeframe, the artist reserves the right to terminate the client's project.For Live2D-related commissions, a test model will not be turned in until full payment is made.For reference materials such as character sheets or model art provided by a third-party artist, the artist requires fully completed materials before assessing a project.Written descriptions alone are not accepted for illustrations unless used for character creation. Some video references are accepted but not alone. New references will not be accepted after progress has started unless asked for by the artist.For Live2D rigging projects with third-party art, The artist may accept projects where additional PSD processing and cutting is required by the original artist.In such a case, The artist will hold the slot for two weeks and charge the processing fee upfront.If the revised material is not delivered in that time frame, the artist reserves the right to cancel the project or negotiate a different time period while offering a 75% refund of the processing fee.The client is responsible for contacting the artist and acquiring revised materials.

LIVE2D TERMS OF SERVICE

15. Edits: Generally, models are not permitted to be edited or updated by other modelers. The artist will strive to prioritize requests from existing clients, but please be aware that availability is not always guaranteed.16. Testing: Testing and polishing the completed model will be a joint effort between the artist and client, as there will be minor errors that will be easier for fresh eyes to catch.17. Project File: Editable/cmo3 files will not be given to the client under any circumstance.18. In most cases, I will not rig a previously rigged model with the exception of VBridger Enhancements which require the original rigger's permission. Should the occassion arise to rig a previously rigged model, the terms and conditions of the project will be discussed with the client.19. Client Rights: The client holds commercial rights to stream, record, and edit the model runtime files after delivery as long as usage is within the mentioned Terms of Service. Redistribution of model files is permitted with notification.20. Showcases: It is within the artist's right to post Live2D works that have been completed 3 months after the date of delivery. Should the project need to stay private past those 3 months the client is able to request for a date of release but must be negotiated and agreed upon by the artist.
